The 1st instance on the theatre was built amongst 1821 and 1824, designed and supervised to completion by architect Joseph Bové dependent on an First Opposition-profitable design developed by Petersburg-centered Russian architect Andrei Mikhailov that was deemed much too pricey to complete.
